Location of our head office and workshop

Reading is the largest town in Berkshire and is an important Business and financial hub. High rise glass office and residential buildings now sit alongside the Abbey ruins and the old train station to provide an interesting mix of architecture. Reading also boasts one of the UK’s premier music festivals attracting thousands to the town every summer. On the other side of town sports fans head to the Madejski stadium, home to Reading Royals FC.

Other areas around Reading served include Caversham, Sonning, Woodcote, Shinfield, Whitley, Theale, Woodley and Tilehurst. Tilehurst was famous for its pottery’s, brick and tile production. Sadly the industry has disappeared from Reading but our strong links to Reading continue. Sidney Buckland, the grandfather of our companies founder, worked at the potteries for 30 years from 1927-1957.
