The historic city of Oxford has a rich history and is famous for its world class University, large parks, historic architecture and the Mini car plant in Cowley (Mini also has a factory in Swindon). Two other notable locations in Oxford is the John Radcliffe hospital in Headdington that boasts world class research and medical facilities, and the Westgate shopping centre that now rivals the Oracle in Reading.

Abbeygate has a long standing relationship with the city with a wide range of works undertaken on behalf of other security companies, higher education colleges and contract customers. We also have customers in the surrounding towns of Abingdon, Kidlington and Thame.

In between Oxford and Reading is the town of Didcot and the small village of Dorchester on Thames. The main feature dominating the landscape next to the village is the Wittenham clumps. Built in Neolithic times the hill forts provide an unrivaled view of the Chiltern Hills.
