The Ninja Total is the most advanced key cutting machine of its type on the market and in late 2017 Abbeygate took the decision to invest in one. The purchase allows us to offer the customer a unique service unavailable anywhere in Berkshire and the surrounding counties.
The Ninja is incredibly accurate and will scan the profile (shape) of the key before cutting, this makes the key a near perfect copy. Older, more widely used machines, can never produce exact copy’s. The Ninja will also cut keys to code and is so good that many lock manufactures and wholesalers are also investing in the machines for producing keys.
The Totals big advantage is that it gives customers (both domestic and commercial) the chance to have their keys information stored securely off line (virtual key holding). This means that should a new key be required it can be cut and posted anywhere the customer chooses, without using an old and worn out key. This service includes master key suits.
Alongside our Ninja total we also have an SKS Cyclone to cut cylinder and mortise keys and a dedicated machine for safe keys (right) within our vans, ready to cut keys any time, any where. Using our on board converters we don’t even need to run power from a building to the machine.
If that is not enough we also have five machines at our workshop in Caversham Heights. All the machines together allow us to cut a large volume various types of keys.
Our key cutting goes further than the key machines at our disposal. Both in our vans and in the workshop we are able to hand cut keys that a machine can not do, this includes warding and large antique keys like the one seen below.
